Overwatch 2 Season 13: Spellbinder launches on October 15 with the Widowmaker Mythic Skin.
The Official Launch Trailer even gives a teaser to the new Tank Hero - Hazard (Phreak / Phreaks), who will release in Season 14, and will most likely get a Hero Trial during the new season of Halloween at some point.
Although it's unknown at the time of the trailer on what's the name of the new hero, online speculation is that the "Phreaks" spray on the wall likely refers to a group / faction. That name is a callback to an old hero design whose name was Phreak that came from concept art in the development of the original Overwatch from the Titan MMO project. You can find the old design in the Overwatch Wiki, but it is likely that the hero will have a different design than the old one. The hero's design was first teased back at Blizzcon in the Venture gameplay demo on the hero selection screen in the form of a character icon. Both character icons of Venture & Juno (Space Ranger) matched their final designs, but the new Tank has him looking more like a creature than a human.
It should be noted that the Venture gameplay demo from Blizzcon has the new hero between Sigma and Winston. This means at the time when they released that gameplay demo, the hero's name doesn't start with a "P" but with either S, T, U, V or W. So the hero's design is based on a old character design named Phreak, but instead of using that hero's name, the devs decided to use that name as a group called Phreaks. However, Juno at the time was known as "Space Ranger" and was placed between Moira and Zenyatta as her name wasn't finalized yet. This can also apply to the new Tank hero. We'll eventually know once they decide to reveal more information on the hero throughout the season.
