Overview Panel
Quick access to composition elements is essential, whether it be a layer or a parameter with an added Generator or Modifier. The Overview panel shows the contents of all layers in a composition, as well as the links between parameters and any other elements connected to them, in the form of a tree.
The Overview Panel is an integral part of the Viewer, just like the embedded version of the Properties Panel, which lets you quickly select a composition element and immediately edit its parameters. A number of options allow you to filter the elements displayed in order to keep their number to a minimum, such as the possibility of displaying only the layers selected in the Timeline.
These two panels enable you to work very quickly, even when the Viewer is the only element visible on the screen. Layer selection can be carried out directly in the Viewer, before editing its Generator or Modifier parameters.
