Today's Video is an overview of the Lightning Arrow/Lightning Rod Deadeye I decided to League Start for Patch 0.3 in POE2. The build focuses on using tornado shot to ramp up the amount of projectiles we get which in turn grants us tons of activations for our lightning rods!
