16:00 Tommy Cash comes from Tallinn, which is in fact the largest city in Estonia. I was tricked by the "Leave Me Alone" video which perhaps takes some artistic license about what post-Soviet life is really like. He DID own a horse but didn't start to ride until after he started rapping.
