While there's much to celebrate at this time of year, it can also bring the "holiday blues" for many people. When down or a bit depressed, it can be a challenge for some folks to work through which is what today's discussion is about: Ways to overcome the holiday blues and find joy in our creative spirit to help make the season more joyful and fulfilling.
Of course, this video is not for those with chronic challenges or more serious issues dealing with depression, for which I would always recommend reaching out to family, friends, or professionals when personal challenges become too great.
All in all, I hope you enjoy this holiday reboot, and have a wonderful season of joy and merriment with those around you. Happy New Year!
