I hope you're all doing very well, staying safe, happy, and healthy! :)
Today's video is extra special to me, because it's all about topics that I'm very passionate about...mental health, dealing with (creative) rejection, overcoming self doubt, struggling creatively, reading slumps, and being kind to yourself!
I also have some EXTREMELY exciting news to share with you!!!!!
I think it's so important to create awareness for these more difficult topics, and encourage conversations about adversity. I think it's even MORE important to create awareness for the positive aspects of adversity and how we can learn from it! Something that has become clear to me recently is how rejection can be a blessing in disguise, and that it can ultimately lead you to even better things!!!
I hope this video brings you comfort!
I also hope you know that everything will make sense in the end!
