"James's in love with Maddy..."
In this clip, James May gets embarrassed as Clarkson and Hammond mock him for having Madison Welsh as his co-driver for the classic car rally.
As for "Maddy May" song Clarkson was singing about, it's very likely he misspelled (on purpose) "Maggie May" by Rod Stewart :)
This outtake comes from "Top Gear - The Challenges 5" DVD and can be seen on TGCC V2, however, will be available in even better quality on TGCC V3 (due to V2 having re-encodes for DVDs). All credit goes to the BBC.
