i felt maybe the Naked and Afraid Bad Apples trial from Program X was actually tougher, but that's probably cause i dislike the fun park map and know the police station extremely well. the fact that this is named Final Exam + the way the variators are listed, it's clear the devs wanted the Final Exam to be the toughest.
