i think this is the only place in the game where Marta will be this fast (without mods) because you're just meant to pull the chain and slide through the little vent. you're not meant to slip past her
if you do want to slip past her, you need to be holding down your sprint key even before you respawn, otherwise she'll kill you as you try to pass her on your way out of the barn
