There’s something surreal about diving beneath a frozen lake — and even more surreal about the road that gets you there. This journey to the depths of Flintkote Quarry pushed limits in every way, and the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (plug-in-hybrid electric vehicle) was built for exactly that. From snow-covered roads to rugged terrain, it handled it all with confidence. Ice diving may have been the destination, but the comfort, control, and capability of the Outlander PHEV made every mile part of the adventure.
