7. How to read bouldering routes?

8. How to spot while bouldering?
a. Your objective as the spotter is to guide your partner down to the ground, not catch them. So, you will want to keep your arms and hands up while keeping your thumbs in close to avoid getting hurt yourself.
9. How to train for bouldering?
a. No better way to train than getting out and bouldering! In all reality, each boulder is unique so the more practice you can get the better but if there is any other training to work on, it would be finger and grip strength.
