This setup is no longer necessary, as the latest build supports ET out of box.

TL;DW
- Download unverified gamepacks archive github.com/Garux/netradiant-custom/blob/readme_files/unverified_gamepacks.7z
- Extract et.game folder into Netradiant folder and games/et.game file into Netradiant/games folder
- Put your custom entity file (if you use one) into Netradiant/et.game/etmain folder (supports both .ent and .def files)
