EDIT: Apparently Hugo Martin has said that using the BFG trick is fair game for season 1, so theres that :) - I guess this counts as the worlds first recorded legit Slayer tier Horde Mode run then!
This run utilizes the BFG bonus exploit. By using it you can fire the BFG twice during the run and still get the bonus at the end, so long as you finish with full BFG ammo. Expand the description for more info:
The devs are aware of it and it will be fixed in the next update, but I wanted to try it to see how much higher I could push the score. In this run I used 2 BFG shots, one in the final arena in Reclaimed Earth, and one in the final arena in The Holt. The run was done offline to avoid getting the score submitted.
I will now be grinding to try to reach the Slayer rank without the use of the BFG using what I learned so far.
