Smite of Divine judgement hits 2 extra targets and targets at 7.3m at 23 quality! Smite hits twice 1 melee 1 area if you position close by. In Affliction league, Strength stackers are particulary good because the new charms can give 8% strength each making it easier than ever to reach high amounts of strength! I use this build to find juiced t16 high wisp maps! This build can also be used as an endgame boss killer. I customized it to be tanky, but I highly recommend you look at some of the other poe.ninja profiles in case you want to go for pure damage!
