Here are my first impressions of the "Outbreak Prime" the Rise of Iron exotic pulse rifle. I'm seeing a lot of people saying this weapon is "OP" or "Amazing." In my opinion it's a little underwhelming for the work required to get this weapon. But it is a solid PvP option because of the slightly higher impact that accurized ballistics provides with the same rate of fire as a PDX or Hawksaw. But a great roll on either of those legendary pulse rifles would perform more consistently.
