Out of the Box is a travelogue through Asia where filmmaker and CrossFit coach, Amit Tripuraneni, discovers and reveals the culture in each place, samples the local cuisine, and explores the local CrossFit scene with specific focus on health and how CrossFit is changing lives.
The journey takes the viewers through Manila, Taipei, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Bali and Shanghai before heading over to CrossFit Games taking place in Madison, Wisconsin in USA.
