I thought I'd show a bit of the process for how I approach painting on canvas and the struggles each painting seems to go through. It's been a while since I wielded a real brush :-)

There's a quick mention of how to use a doodle grid, but more about addressing those feelings of self-doubt that creep in when the painting you’re working on just isn't going the way you want it to.

This was recorded before we left South Africa and still had my home studio. I had to drop the recording quality for the longer painting sections because of device limitations. From now there will be a lot more digital painting. Every now and then I might take you through something in my sketchbook took as well.
