In 2044, the world was nearly destroyed by a global war triggered by rogue artificial intelligence. What remains of humanity has outlawed AI, but not all of it is gone.
THE DARK BETWEEN is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi series following those who hunt the remnants of a war that never truly ended.
In Episode 1, “The Last Killbot,” an elite mercenary team known as the Reapers is sent to eliminate one of the final surviving autonomous war machines. What begins as a routine mission quickly turns into a brutal fight for survival when the team realizes this machine is far more dangerous and far more intelligent than expected. This is only the beginning.
