Our Visit to Casa Bonita Denver Colorado | South Park Matt and Trey
We're watchers of South Park, have been for a very long time, so when we heard Matt Stone and Trey Parker were purchasing this iconic restaurant Casa Bonita, we we're excited because it was already on our bucket list! When the documentary of the purchase and renovation of Casa Bonita came out, we got our first view of what we could expect from the South Park creators, and wow what a job they had ahead of them.
It's been tough trying to get reservations, and I happen to have a business trip planned which was minutes away from Casa Bonita. Would I be able to get a reservation after trying for many months? Well luck would have it after signing up for reservation notifications, I was able to score a table and the rest is history! I had the BEST time and I plan to come back, even though we're not from Colorado, I'm bringing a group back with me! The food was good and for the price, I am more than happy for the entire experience, it's a bargain! Expect to spend some time there exploring every nook and cranny and there are many! Thank you Matt and Trey for saving this location for all to experience.
