I was showing everyone our utility bill from Huntsville utilities in Huntsville Alabama. Huntsville utilities is a Nonprofit organizationonly servers Madison County in Alabama. Huntsville utilities has all utilities in one bill and the taxes are unbelievable low. We have lived in 2 brand new houses since 2020 that are energy efficient. Even our washer and dryer is a new basic energy efficient too. Our last house was 2.337 sq ft and the dollar amount for our utilities was the same as the new house we live in now.
We have lived in Texas, Mississippi and West Virginia. We were in shock how high the utilities were in West Virginia, they were outrageous. Then we moved back to Huntsville Alabama. We were really in shock of how cheap the utilities bill each month. The last 2 Aprils our utilities was only $97 for electricity, water, gas and trash. I just hope Huntsville Utilities do not change their rates to be higher like other utilities companies.
