Continuing our staycation weekend for my birthday, Brennan and I got breakfast at Aventura, and then took the Sapphire Falls water taxi to CityWalk to go to Islands of Adventure. We rode VelociCoaster and Pteranodon Flyers (!!!), and had lunch at Mythos, where we finally tried the dueling dragons mocktails. We ran over to Universal Studios in time to watch the Mega Movie Parade, then checked out the new JAWS movie props and photo opportunities, and rode Rip Ride Rockit again before taking the water taxi back. I decided to go to the pool while Brennan took a nap, and we then reconvened for dinner and drinks at Bar 17 Bistro while the sun set, ending the night with some ping pong. The following day we woke up incredibly early to pack up and check out for our massive final preview day at Epic Universe to conclude our weekend. Thanks for watching and I'll see you soon!
