This week I visited a friend of mine, Dr. David Coyle who is helping lead the SC effort to eradicate the Asian Longhorned Beetle from the Charleston area. I was so impressed by the work they're doing to get rid of this species and save our Maples that I thought I'd share this little video as a bit of a PSA about it. All you need to do is 1. Don't move firewood and 2. Be knowledgeable of this species. If you do see it, you can be the one who saves the trees in your area!
