The LEGO collection has almost completely moved into the new studio, so it’s time for a proper tour!
Over the last few weeks we’ve been gradually emptying the old LEGO room at home and bringing everything over to the studio. Now that most of the display collection is here, I thought we’d have a look around at where everything has ended up, what still needs sorting out, and just how much LEGO we’ve managed to squeeze onto these shelves!
But getting the collection moved is only part of the plan…
Tomorrow we start the NEXT major phase of the LEGO studio project: building the island tables!
The perimeter of the LEGO City has given us loads more space than we had at home, but the island tables are going to take things to another level. In this video I’ll show you where they’re going, how we’re planning to lay them out, and what all that extra space could mean for the future of the city.
The studio is finally starting to feel like a proper home for the collection — and we’re nowhere near finished yet!
