This is NOT a Pandora Hearts mmv or an Ozlice video.

Even though the footage is indeed PH, this video was made for colliiesrcute's "Scene selection" contest.
The thing is, I had to choose a book and a scene and represent it with whatever I had (most people will use real life actors)

And I choosed the book "The Amber Spyglass" by Philip Pullman, out of the trilogy "His Dark Materials". You might remember that AWFUL movie, "The golden compass" right? Well, now ERASE IT FROM YOUR MIND! D:c
The books are 1000% better! And I love them to death.

General plot:

Lyra and Will just discovered their feelings for each other but now they must go in separate ways forever. They belong to different worlds and they'll never see each other again. Will is the rightful owner of the subtle knife, a weapon that can cut windows through different worlds, that has passed from hand to hand for hundreds of years. But those windows have messed up the balance and now he must close them all, leaving just one open for the dead to leave the underworld and find peace. That means, he and Lyra must go to their respective worlds and part forever, cause you can't leave in a world that's not yours for long or you'll become ill and die.

Scene at the video:

It's the last chapter of the book, in which Lyra guides Will to a garden which she used to visit a lot. There they make a promise: to come back to that place every year, at noon, on summer solstice day , to be together for at least an hour. They won't see each other, but both of their worlds have an Oxford city with that garden on it, so they can sit there, in exactly the same spot, just at different worlds, pretending to be together once more.

Also, they promise that if they like another person one day, they'll be nice and try to be happy with them, not comparing him/her with their real love.

Will opens a new window, and they both try to smile till the end. He closes the window and realizes he must break the knife so that no other window is ever created. The way to do that, is letting feelings get in the way while cutting a window, so he just thinks of Lyra, the touch of her last tear in his cheek, and it breaks.

That's mainly it. I tried to put some quotes in the vid, but some words may be not that accurate, since I read the book in spanish and had to translate it on my own for this x'D

I choosed Oz and Alice since the ages of Lyra and Will are around 12 years old, and those two are like 15. I could've used TRC too, but I needed a kiss scene and CLAMP can't help me with that haha. I wanted to color their hair to make them fit the characters better (Will has dark hair while Lyra is kind of blond) but Alice looked odd, sorry.
