Join us as we visit Lake Compounce for our first ever visit! 🎢
Located in Bristol, Connecticut, Lake Compounce is America’s oldest amusement park, dating all the way back to 1846! In this vlog, we show you everything this wonderful and charming park has to offer and take you along for the ride on some of the park’s biggest and best attractions.
That includes Wildcat, the park’s 99-year-old wooden rollercoaster, which really surprised us with just how smooth it was! And of course, we couldn’t visit Lake Compounce without riding Boulder Dash — the park’s legendary wooden rollercoaster built into the side of the mountain! 🏔️🎢
Having been voted the World’s Best Wooden Rollercoaster FIVE times, we had to find out for ourselves… is Boulder Dash really the world’s best wooden coaster?
We also check out the park’s water park, Crocodile Cove, during our visit!
