About Ken Peterman:
Ken Peterman serves as Comtech’s Chairman, President and CEO. Upon joining the Board as an independent director in May 2022, Ken was later elected Chairman, and became President and CEO in August 2022. Comtech is a market leader in space & satellite communications and terrestrial & wireless network infrastructures. Ken has enjoyed a distinguished career as a thought leader and innovator in the challenging aerospace and defense technology sector, successfully leading large, complex, global enterprises to achieve differentiated growth in a variety of diverse market environments.
About Gen. John E. Hyten:
Gen. John E. Hyten, the 11th Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, held this position until his retirement on Nov. 19, 2021. He commenced his career with a degree in engineering and applied sciences from Harvard University, where he was commissioned a second lieutenant. Gen. Hyten's accomplishments include commanding at various levels, from squadron to major command. His expertise spans space operations and acquisitions, with pivotal roles like Director of Space Forces during operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Serving as the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command, Gen. Hyten's remarkable journey culminated with his appointment as the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His numerous awards include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and the Legion of Merit.
