This veterans day, my handsome army vet asked me to marry him! We celebrated by taking a trip to Chicago, checking out the woodfield mall, and going to a medieval times show! Join me on our engagement celebration through my snapchat vlog!
The story of my engagement ring:
This is my great grandmother’s diamond, (it was a pair of her earrings) she left one to each of her twin sons when she died. One of those twins was my grandpa Herman.. Then he had it reset and his wife, my Grammy, wore it for almost 60 years. Then it was reset again and belongs to me to wear for the rest of my life... I wish my Grammy was here, she would be so happy that I have it and I’m so excited to be part of it’s history.
