Rupert Read and Caroline Lucas this week visited ‘Civic Square’ in Birmingham, an astonishing, large-scale community/climate resilience programme led by Immy Kaur, who hosted them. The visit was ‘fieldwork’ for their report for the CMP on ‘climate popularism’, a new adaptation-based political paradigm for learning from and resisting right-‘populism’.
