"It's A Mad, Mad, Mad World" (1963) was filmed in and around Southern California to create the fictional town of Santa Rosita. "Grand Theft Auto V" is set in a fictional city based on Los Angeles and the surrounding region. One location, the California Incline (leading to the Pacific Coast Highway) in Santa Monica, was featured in both, and so I decided to recreate the scene of Phil Silvers' character, Otto Meyer, erratically driving his car up the incline, which in the film is supposedly the entrance to the fictional Santa Rosita State Park. Enjoy!
