0:00 : Stage 58 - Tokyo 2.
Starting off with a lava section ... Again.
Skips a fight and the door opening cutscene!

0:26 : Stage 33 - Kumamoto.
The second ability of the game has an attack that gives you a decent amount of height followed by a ground pound.
However , you can cancel the attack by using a bomb item.
Once airborn simply transform and hover your way to the platform.

0:41 : Stage 61 - Hokkaido.
Another example of a ground pound cancel!
The following clip is way more interesting , you can clip through the portal and hover all the way to where the next "key" is , they are required for the stairs in the main room to spawn.
It doesn't save much time due to how long I have to hover , but it's a very satisfying trick to pull off!
There are some death planes too which stops me from taking a more direct path.
