What is an ota (offer to adopt)? It is an adopt you just offer custom art or character(s) for. You will give the adopt maker custom art of something they want or a character/multiple characters, and then you will own the adopt.

I’m accepting custom art, deviantart points, or characters for the OTA ones. We will negotiate how many points/characters/drawings depending on the character
