I would say most of the seasonal backgrounds in osu! cater towards a certain kind of people… and it's kind of seductive. But it’s not only the backgrounds on the star screen, but also the abhorrent beatmap backgrounds. Considering that most of the player base is younger than the game, isn't it kind of weird how accessible and widespread this type of art is? Also if you were new to osu! Wouldn’t you feel awkward or embarrassed if someone saw you viewing this? These things give osu! a negative reuptation.
