Jessica and the Moon | Ostara Tarot Deck Flip through and Review 🌸 #tarot @JessicaandtheMoon | Uploaded February 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
A full flip through and review of this gorgeous tarot deck, the Ostara Tarot. Perfect for any time of the year, not just for the Spring.
You can check out the deck here amazon.com/gp/product/0764352822/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=thestorywitch-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=0764352822&linkId=888fc46e5addb99799cc0994851181cb
This review is short. If you'd like to hear my much longer (and chattier) review of this deck you can find that here youtube.com/watch?v=QJhOzucFVGI
The Ostara Tarot is unusual because it has been created by not one, but four artists: Molly Applejohn, Eden Cooke, Krista Gibbard, and Julia Iredale, from Ontario in Canada. They met in art school and discovered their shared love of the occult and decided to make a tarot deck together. The Ostara Tarot is the beautiful result. Each artist created one suit each, and they shared the major arcana between them. This gives the deck a kind of eclectic feel, but I think it works. The deck was published in 2017, by Schiffer.
Let me know what you think. Do you like this deck?
And ... what do you think of these shorter tarot flip through videos? I have been finding that I prefer short videos to see the cards of decks I was thinking about getting, and I thought you guys might be feeling the same. So, I'm going to make a new series/ playlist 5 minute tarot, where I will review decks in under five minutes. Yes, it might be a struggle for me to be concise, but I will do my best.
Warmest warmest blessings and I’ll see you very soon.

Welcome kindreds, I’m Jessica TheStoryWitch. This channel is for witches and seekers looking to craft a creative and magical life. I share about tarot, moon wisdom, bullet journalling, astrology, divination, feminism, myth and story, crystals, book and deck reviews, goddess spirituality, herbs, ritual, witchcraft history, different approaches to the Craft, and all that good stuff. I started witching in 1991, just before I turned 13 years old, and have been walking the path of a Welsh solitary, eclectic, witch ever since. I’ve learned a lot along the way, and started this channel as a place to share and connect with like-minded people. I upload on (most) Wednesdays or Thursdays.
