In September, Össurs second Junior Day took place in Paris in the INSEP facilities – excellence sport center for French athletes in September.
Passionately supporting the association Entr’Aide and its project “Une Lame pour courir” - a blade for running - since it was launched in 2014, Össur contributes to offer a sport blade to children between 6 and 16 years old.
Össur France invited those young patients for a dedicated sport event at INSEP a perfect location, especially after Paris having been announced, few days before, to be hosting the 2024 Olympic games.
Special guests from our Össur Team also attended the event, giving precious advice to train and use sport blade in the best possible way: Marie-Amélie Le Fur and Jean-Baptiste Alaize were great coaches for those lucky young ones.
This sport event gathered more than 25 young users out the 37 currently included in the project.
The day was filled with joy and emotions for the children and their families as can be seen in the video.
