The Members Quest "Regicide".

REQUIREMENTS:
56 Agility (boostable, though needed several times)
10 Crafting (to make tradeable strip of cloth, not GE buyable)
Underground Pass
Able to defeat a level 110 Tyras Guard (safe spottable)

ITEMS NEEDED:
Coal (10-30)
Bow (non-crossbow) w/arrows (preferrably fire, can make on quest)
Ropes (2+)
Limestone (NOT a brick)
Tonderbox
Poison Protection (Serpentine Helm, Antidote++, Antivenom+)
Plank
Strip of Cloth (use a loom with 4 balls of wool)
Pestle & Mortar
Gloves (non Lunar or Slayer, must cover whole hand)
A Pot
A Cooked Rabbit

RECOMMENDED:
Weight Reducing Items (Graceful, Boots of Lightness, etc)
Gloves of Silence (w/54 Agility to get past traps in UP)
Stamina/Super Energy Potions
Decent Food (Summer Pies are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Agility Potions/Summer Pie (several, especially if boosting to 56 for quest)
Axe (for making fire to cook rabbits)
GP (for buying food from Dwarves in UP)
Combat Gear (Tyras Guard is weak to mage)
