Big Chompy Bird Hunting (not required to START, need to at least get the bellows for a part)

Sheep Herder
50 Thieving (boostable)
60 Ranged

Barrel of Naphtha
Bear Fur
Bucket of Water
Coal (10+ if needing to make Barrel of Naphtha)
Dyes (at least 1 each of Red, Yellow, Green & Blue ; quest obtainable)
Feather
Leather (NOT hard)
Magic Logs
Ogre Bellows
Rotten Apple (quest obtainable)
2 Silk
Toad Crunchies (premade from Grand Tree OK)

RECOMMENDED:
Teleports t Ardougne (several, preferably West Ardougne for most)
Falador tele (redirected House Tab to Taverly if possible)
Rimmington tele (redirected House Tab if possible, if needing to make Barrel of Naphtha)
Feldip Gills tele (Ring of Duelling easiest)
Antipoison/Antidote (unless chartering a ship)
3,200GP to charter a ship to Tyras from Catherby (for quest start)
Restore Potion (for restoring stats after Mourner fight)
Food
Weapon usable @ level 20 stats
Necklace of Passage
At least 7 empty inventory spaces free to start
