Changes to setup:
Crystal top/bottom to replace arma - minus 4 range accuracy, +26 range def, +3 prayer.
Ely is dropped in favor of Dragonfire Ward - +8 range str same max hit with buckler (+10) but more defence, also cool.
No the Bofa isn't useful.

BP timeloss is nearly 1 min compared to pre-nerf.
Ward makes up time, the better ur chin setups the more time u save.
Not doing any more speedruns until Combat Achievements.
