I know it seems like a basic thing to do, but incase you are having trouble with the herblore skill. This is how you make a prayer potion (3) dose then decant to a (4) dose.
You will need the following items to make a prayer potion (3) in old school runescape
1. Vial of Water
2. Clean Ranarr
3. Snape Grass
