So now we know why Karamatsu didn't come back in the last part: he was having an internal "fight" with himself. One part of him (the normal) wanted to come back, but the other (the wounded one) wanted to stay in the dream, because he felt loved. You know which one won over Karamatsu's mind at the end part 5, right?
0:32-1:15
Todomatsu wanted to help Karamatsu, so he stayed with him for hours until now. Dekapan adverted him of how dangerous it was to use the collar too much time, but Todomatsu had already taken a decision: to stay with Karamatsu until he finds a way to take him out, so he "takes the collar off" (he still has it IRL, it's for the metaphor). We see wounded Karamatsu hold him; he wants him to stay. Forever.
1:16
The brothers find Todomatsu still inside the dream.
1:18-1:46
Todomatsu was okay, he didn't feel any pain nor sadness, because he was with Karamatsu. After being with him, he started to understand how Karamatsu must have felt all this time being rejected. "Karamatsu felt loved here, so why don't I stay here with him?"... that kind of feeling.
1:47-2:02
Jyushimatsu enters. He's saying something of the like of "I miss the time when the six of us were together, let's come back", and asks for their hands. Karamatsu doubts a little, while Todomatsu rejects it and runs with Karamatsu to some other place.

IMPORTANT NOTE: "Pretend to be dead" and "be dead" is interpreted by Nonono-san as "to be in a dream" and "be on the dream". So don't think they are dead, even if somehow they are in that state.
Ichimatsu comes this time, and tells Todomatsu to stop getting in Karamatsu's way, but Totty's a rebel so nevermind that lol.

If they can't make Todomatsu get out, the brothers will have to find a way (aka smashing the collars).
2:24-2:40
It’s Choromatsu’s turn now. He's telling him how much damage this is doing to him. It's gone to a point where he can feel the pain and bleed, even if he's still dreaming. "Isn't it strange?".

There’s no explanation for this video yet, but you’ll be okay! The video is pretty self-explanatory!! The only thing you have to take into account is that this happens after part 6. And yes, the “Karamatsu who locked himself inside a dream” series is finished, because those 6 parts were part of the script with bad end. This is the “remaking” of the script, and also our happy end.

So, Karamatsu decides to go into an eternal dream where he is loved by everyone, but after a lot of time of being asleep the brothers get worried and go to Dekapan to get help. They get a collar. That collar lets them go into Karamatsu’s dream and communicate with him , so they try to bring him back, but their words don’t reach him, and they always end up crying at what karamatsu is dreaming. In the end ichi tries to talk to him too, and thats where the video ends and part 2 (this) begins.
