Happy 16th Birthday from Semaphore!

Testing a new resolution that is in the middle ground of high quality definition and better performance, which is 2160p.

It took hours and the entirety of my free time, days if you include SerenOS Blaupete, to pull this off. Also, there were a lot more entries than I can think, It was more than 60% done. Also, this is the last preview before I have to move all the sneak peeks to community posts, and on Discord Announcements.

Also, shoutout to @MatchSkyzi for the name "Blaupete" used in the first mockup.
