La OSHO® MEDITAZIONE NATARAJ fa parte di un gruppo di OSHO ACTIVE MEDITATIONS, create dal mistico contemporaneo Osho. Tutte le OSHO Active Meditations® (OSHO® Meditazioni Attive) prevedono un’attività fisica, a volte più intensa e a volte più tranquilla, seguita da inattività e un stato di quiete. Alcune meditazioni sono consigliate in momenti specifici della giornata. Tutte sono accompagnate da una musica appositamente composta per sostenere le diverse fasi.

Nataraj è l’energia della danza. Questa è la danza come una meditazione, in cui tutte le divisioni interiori scompaiono e una consapevolezza sottile e rilassata rimane.
Questa meditazione deve essere praticata usando la musica specifica per la OSHO Nataraj Meditation, che scandisce e sostiene energicamente le diverse fasi.
* ISTRUZIONI:*
La meditazione dura 65 minuti ed è composta da tre fasi.
Primo stadio: 40 minuti
Con gli occhi chiusi danza come se fossi posseduto. Lascia che il tuo inconscio prenda il sopravvento completamente. Non controllare i tuoi movimenti, e non essere testimone di ciò che accade. Sii semplicemente totale nella danza.
Secondo stadio: 20 minuti
Tenendo gli occhi chiusi, sdraiati immediatamente. Rimani in silenzio e fermo.
Terzo stadio: 5 minuti
Danza in celebrazione e gioisci
**** *NOTA BENE:*
• Dimentica colui che danza, il centro dell’ego, diventa la danza. Quella è la meditazione. Danza così intensamente da dimenticare completamente che “tu” stai danzando e comincia a sentire che sei la danza. Ogni divisione deve scomparire, allora diventa meditazione.
• La danza è una delle meditazioni più profonde possibili, per la semplice ragione che quando la danza raggiunge il suo culmine il danzatore scompare. Cè solo la danza, non cè nessuno che danza.
• Allora cè una consapevolezza che non è della mente e non dellego. In effetti quella consapevolezza non può essere praticata; qualcosaltro deve essere fatto come preparazione e quella consapevolezza arriva a te. Devi solo diventare disponibile per questo.
