Welcome to Day 1 of Oshkosh AirVenture 2024! What a start to the event! We were all set for an exciting day of flights, but a major tech glitch grounded all the planes. Turns out, a Microsoft issue caused by a CrowdStrike bug put a halt to the action in the skies.

With my plane still down for maintenance, we decided to make the best of it and embarked on an epic 17-hour road trip from Dallas to Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Join us as we navigate the unexpected twists and turns, share our road trip adventures, and give you a glimpse of the amazing atmosphere here at AirVenture.
