Imagine the valley without the dam. This is what killed John Muir, I believe. The O'Shaugnessy Dam is a fine example of the criminal behavior and hypocricy of the Federal government and the City of San Francisco. This reservoir is right in the middle of a National Park. It does not belong there. It could be removed but liberals in San Fran, who pretend to embrace nature and who claim conservatives ruin the planet, won't take down the dam. It's a real shame...the valley could be Yosemite's pretty sister, now it's just a big bathtub with an ugly ring around it.
