Here is a video of Osaka, AKA: Ayumu Kasuga saying "Why are there so many stairs?" It's an edited version of Osaka, AKA: Ayumu Kasuga walking up the stairs with Chiyo.
The Azumanga Daioh episode I've used for this video was episode 20. And the voice clip of Patrick saying "Why are there so many stairs?" was from a Spongebob episode "Squidward's School for Grown-Ups."
Azumanga Daioh belongs to Kiyohiko Azuma.
Spongebob Squarepants belongs to Stephen Hillenburg.
