In this episode, we will be be working on a recipe for what many refer to as Harbor Freight Floor Tiles (see more here: amzn.to/2GRPH0z ) as you can get these many places. The sample I used was 14.7mm thick and the laser is an Ortur 15watt (input ~4 watt output see more here: diy3dtech.com/ORTUR_Laser_Master ) with a G8 lens (see more here: diy3dtech.com/G8-Laser-Lens ) and air assist (see links below). Now this is a dense foam and there is some re-melting as well as off-gassing which can be harmful so use at your own risk.
