Had a discussion with Ben Beeler on what is Orthorexia. He had a brief questionnaire that supposedly helps one determine whether or not they have Orthorexia. I found the questions to be extremely vague. In essence the implication was that if anyone has any rules regarding what they eat, they must be Orthorexic. I didn't find it helpful. While I think there may be cases of folks who become obsessive about diet who fall into this characterization I think the term has mainly become a word that people use to delegitimize another person's diet.
