Gameplay sample from the PlayStation 2 game Orphen. This demonstrates the first battle encounter in the game. A giant crab boards the ship and squares off with Orphen. Orphen lets the crab have it with fire, lightning, and a magic sword while parrying the crabs counter attacks with a magic shield.
When the crab is almost finished, dozens of mini crabs spill out of its carcass. I decided to let Orphen dispatch this bunch with a particularly powerful lightning burst.
For his trouble on this first encounter, Orphen is rewarded with the Shield of Immunity.
