Yo. Happy Halloween!
Although this isnt exactly a Halloween song. Though, as my sibling said, Halloween is about dressing up as something youre not, and boy is this video different from my usual lol.
I wanted to write a little more upbeat song, but I struggle to write songs with themes outside of my own experiences, and as is probably clear by now, most of my experiences are negative lmao. So instead, I decided to look to my OCs.
This song is based around my OC Sairen. Shes actually a backburner D&D character Ive had for a while but not been able to play yet (hence the pointy ears - shes a half-elf). Shes a circus girl who is cursed to die pretty young, so basically she decided she wants to spend her life doing Whatever Is Most Fun. Shes the definition of chaotic neutral - she doesnt care how it affects others as long as shes having a Good Time.
Oh, and, I guess, if you didnt know, mayflies have a super short lifespan. Like, a day. So. Thats what that means.
I will probably do a Vocaloid version of this too in the next few days - Eleanor just worked really well for this lol. Again, shes really good.
