Press conference held November 29, 2021 regarding peace officer and trooper training and the state's negligence in over sighting mandated specific areas of critical training. Mariah Crenshaw has filed a mandamus action against the Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, Ohio Auditor Keith Faber, Ohio Peace Officer Academy Executive Director Dave Yost, and Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley. The mandamus is a request to enforce the Ohio Revised and Administrative Codes governing peace officer training, removal of those persons in legal cease function, and to recover over 50 million dollars in misappropriated funding since 2007.
