XJW Coming Out started as a burning idea, informed by professionals in Vietnam, and inspired by a gay man in Munich. How did that all happen? In this video I describe my original motivations and how that lead to the serendipitous meeting of a couple other ExJWs and finally the inception interview that launched this from a concept to a real project.
